Due to some issues on other servers, we had to postpone the Server Upgrade scheduled for February 25th at 12:00PM Philippine time.
We are rescheduling the replacement of your server's OS drive due to an issue related to CloudLinux. Upgrading to another server could lead to data loss and other issues, as we have encountered in previous upgrades.
The OS drive replacement will require 8-12 hours of downtime. However, we guarantee that there will be no data loss; your data will remain unchanged after the reload. The OS reload is scheduled for March 8th, from 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM Philippine Time (UTC+08:00). This upgrade is expected to resolve all current issues effectively.
Rest assured, we will keep you informed and provide updates once the upgrade is completed.
UPDATE: The OS reload is complete and the domains are loading fine now.
